1. No tilting moment

Usually, drill stands have only one drill column when used for working on stone. The design of this system means though that tilt forces work against the stand and the load on the suction cups is not equal.

The drill stand is also subject to distortion and this affects the gearwheel and bearing clearance. It also leads to something you don´t want when drilling – canting.

You won´t have problems like that with the GALESKI COMBINATOR double drill columns. Drilling occurs between the two columns, so these negative forces don´t even exist (see fig. 1 and 2).

2. High-quality, consistent force transmission for drill feed

When you turn the feed lever on the GALESKI COMBINATOR, force transmission takes place along through the shaft on both gear racks. Again – no canting! (See fig. 1 and 3).

3. Light and manageable

In comparison to other drill stands on the market, the GALESKI COMBINATOR is compact, light, and manageable. The solid, and heavy (because of the tilt forces), the center column is not necessary.

The GALESKI COMBINATOR is short and can be used where there is only a little space.
