Combinator Facade – Set:

Defining features:

• Compact twin-column drill stand with rubber-coated base plate and water collecting opening to extract the drilling mud with a wet vacuum cleaner
• Three fastening options: 1. base plate fastened with clamps; 2. two adjustable suction cups with levers; 3. additional vacuum plate to be screwed on, for a vacuum pump or with Venturi system for compressor
• Horizontal or vertical drilling D= 3.5 – 68mm
• A “central point finder” helps to align the drill stand
• Cover caps with various drill openings prevent splashing of drilling mud
• Machine holder D= 53 mm
• Tool holder: 1x R 1/2″ internal adapter; 1x M14 external adapter

Additional features:

• Angle clamping unit for drilling into the front sides of stone slabs, e.g. cladding sheets. Maximal clamping thickness: 12 cm
• Easy horizontal drilling, e.g. for cladding sheets
• A swivel and turnable rail with 2 adjustable stops helps to set the hole at the exact distance to the edge, ideal for exact serial drilling
• Adjustable drill center for different slab thicknesses.

Motor features:

• Internal water feeding and reinforced spindle bearing with double ball bearing for long life
• Advantageous for serial drilling, presetting of water amount: regulating valve
• Variable speed with setting wheel (2,700 – 9,500 rpm)
